MB360 DOES NOT replace a mortgage CRM that produces suitability letters and integrates with sourcing systems and mortgage lender systems that allow you to pre-populate for AIP's and mortgage applications. This is a marketing CRM system and is designed to save you hundreds if not thousands of pounds each month by reducing your marketing softwares into one easy manageable system.

On our premium plan you get 28,500 emails per month. £8 will provide 1,200 *text segments and/or £8 will provide UNLIMITED WhatsApp Messages (£16 for both). Whatever you don't use get's rolled over into your next month. Those on the elite plan qualify for our UNLIMITED emails, 2400 texts/month AND UNLIMITED WhatsApp Messages. The starter plan does NOT include credits each month so you will need to pay £8 for every 5,000 emails you send, £8 for every 600 text message segments and £8 for UNLIMITED WhatsApp Messages. (*160 characters = 1 text segment)

Email deliverability is HUGE in this space. If you want your emails to consistently land in the primary inbox and avoid the spam & promotional folder, a proper DNS setup is crucial. This would take you hours or days to do on your own. We knock it out in 20 minutes. You will need to know your account details for your hosting provider during the onboarding setup.

Our £129 plan alone does 90% of what Kajabi offers. Kajabi is not built to be a CRM. While it's strengths are in page building and course hosting / customisation, it forces you to purchase other CRM softwares like mailchimp or active campaign. Clickfunnels is the same way. These are both softwares that focus on one or two things and charge you a premium for it. Neither give you the FULL spectrum at such a low cost.

It means we will give you an entirely NEW MB360 account for free. So if you have another business or brand you want to keep SEPARATE from your other one, we will give you an entirely new one. Any other software will make you pay for an entirely separate subscription to get another account.

This is what's called a "progressive web app" which allows your customer to download YOUR customised app from the internet and onto their phone. All of your content / material is present in this app for both online and offline viewing and you get to customise the branding, colors, and logos inside the app itself so it's YOUR app. Not MB360's, but yours.

We offer a full refund within thirty (30) days of initial sign-up. If you wish to cancel your plan, simply click "CHANGE SUBSCRIPTION" in your MB360 dashboard within 30 days of sign-up. All payments made thereafter are non-refundable, and we do not provide credits for partially used subscription periods. Access to the product will continue until the end of the current billing period following cancellation. We maintain the right to reject refund requests from anyone who abuses our Refund Policy.

The last Friday of every month, we talk higher-level strategies on group coaching calls. Not only answering questions about how to use the software, but how to make MONEY as a mortgage broker with the software. We also do live troubleshoots if you're needing specific help with anything inside MB360. This is a group call with Alex himself. This is not a perk on the £79 Starter Plan.
